During our assessment, we figured out the vent boots were impaired, and an ill-set roof vent was improperly sealed, rendering it both irrelevant and susceptible to extended harm.

Scope of Work:

• Removed a superfluous and improperly set roof vent
• Re-shingled and water protected the damaged areas, reestablishing the roof’s weather security
• Switched all the reduced-quality plastic vent boots with high-grade rubber flashing boots
• Ensured new components were firmly anchored and completely sealed, averting future leakage issues

The rubber boots used are specially manufactured to deter woodpecker interferences — offering the client a lasting, hassle-free solution that integrates flawlessly with the preexisting shingles.
